How do I change the band of my Apple Watch?

 

 

 

 Replacing the band on your Apple Watch is a straightforward process. To detach the band, simply press and hold the "Band release button" while simultaneously removing the band.

Attaching a new band to your Apple Watch is just as simple as removing it. The key is to ensure that the band is not inserted upside down. It is important to make sure that the metal middle piece of the band is facing the underside of your watch. Once the adapter has been inserted correctly into the groove, you should hear a gentle click, indicating that the watch is securely locked onto the band. If the band has been attached incorrectly, you will not hear this clicking sound. It is recommended that you double-check that the band has been properly secured to the watch before wearing it.

To which Apple Watch do these bands fit?

Our watch bands are compatible with all Apple Watch models including Series 1-8, Ultra & SE.

  • The 42mm bands work with 42mm Series 1,2 & 3 as well as the 44mm Series 4, 5, 6,7,8.
  • The 38mm bands work with 38mm Series 1,2 & 3 as well as the 40mm Series 4, 5, 6,7,8.

How do I find out if the bands are going to fit my wrist?

In the product description of each band we offer, you will find sizing information to help you choose the appropriate size for your wrist. For Link-type bands, it may be necessary to adjust the length by removing or adding links using a special tool. This tool is provided free of charge with your Link band purchase, and detailed instructions on how to use it can also be found in the product description. 

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order arrive?

Once you order your products you will receive a confirmation email that your payment was successful. Once the email is sent, we will start processing your order. Please note that processing time takes 2-4 business days

  • If you place your order after 11:45 am EEST on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week. 

Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply copy the tracking number and click on Track Order. Then use either your email and order number, or your given tracking number. 

 

Shipping Time 

Shipping time for all orders is different depending on shipping method: 

  • Free International Shipping (2 - 4 weeks) - Typically 90% of the time, we manage to deliver your orders in 2-3 weeks, however, due to customs processing speed and COVID-19, sometimes there may be delays.
  • Priority Shipping & Handling (4 - 13 days) – On some products this shipping method time takes 4 - 13 business days & rest of the other products it will takes 2-3 weeks to arrive.

 

Important:

  • The given delivery time is an estimate calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
  • Deliveries might take longer than expected because of COVID-19, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  • Please note that import duties and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

Why is USPS showing "Awaiting package"?

Since we ship from outside the US all our orders must go through customs, which is the reason why USPS shows "Awaiting package". Once your package gets released from US customs, USPS will handle and deliver your package as soon as possible.

 

Is my online order secure?

After you chose your products, and you proceed to Checkout you have different payment options to choose from. If you choose to pay with Credit Card, you enter your information in a SSL secure web page. Your information is then encrypted via SSL and sent directly to your card provider's network, where your transaction gets authorized and approved. It’s important to mention that we do not store any of your credit card information on our servers and it is securely.

 

What should I do if I have missing items in my order?
