Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please read the Refund Policy carefully before you request a refund!
 
To start a refund, you can contact us at bandmywatch@gmail.com. Please make sure to leave your name, order number, item description, and the reason for your return. If we approve your refund request, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important!

We offer a 24H time in which you can cancel your order after placing it. After that, we will not be able to cancel it since once the order is shipped, we can't return it back to us. 

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and provide you with a solution.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must answer one, or more of these criteria:

  • The product is damaged by shipping.
  • You received the wrong product (Color/Size/Model)
  • The product has a quality issue once you have received it (Brocken buckle mechanism/ Missing parts/ Torn band/ Other manufacturing issues)

If you find an issue with your product, you must send us a photo of the damaged item and proof of purchase. Without them, we cannot accept your refund!

 

      Important! We do not accept refunds in these cases:

  • Products have passed the 14-day refund term.
  • Products have been damaged by use or by the customer.
  • Products have been ordered at the wrong address.
  • The customer wants to change the address after the order has shipped. (Address can be changed only before the order has shipped)
  • The customer ordered the wrong size (Please check your watch case and wrist size before ordering! 38MM/40MM or 42MM/44MM?)



Exceptions / non-refundable items 
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, like products that are damaged by wear or worn after. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns on gift cards.



Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want if you have received the wrong item is to contact us with a photo of the faulty item and ask for an exchange. Important: we only exchange items at the same price as your ordered item.
